"Made in China 2025" regards the information technology industry and the new material industry as the two core basic industries that are prioritized for development. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is implementing measures to promote the development of my country's new material industry. At the same time, local governments are also promoting the development of new materials and other industries through investment promotion, and the magnetic material industry has ushered in better development opportunities.
It is understood that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to formulate and issue a series of industrial promotion policies and measures starting this year. These include the preparation and implementation of the 2018 new material industry discount project, the establishment of the Made in China 2025 industry development fund, the formulation of relevant policies to support the promotion and application of the new material industry, and the launch of the "Key New Material R&D and Application" major project.
The important town of magnetic materials-Ningbo City recently issued the "Ningbo Action Plan for "Made in China 2025"". Ningbo will take eight sub-sectors including rare earth magnetic materials, high-end metal alloy materials, and graphene as "3511" industries in the next three years. The main direction of development is to focus on cultivating and forming a batch of new 100-billion-level sub-industries to drive and upgrade the city's industrial development to a new level.
Governments across the country are building material industrial parks to vigorously support the development of magnetic materials companies in various regions.
